There are lots of questions that come up regarding Hazel Ivy Botanicals, especially among new customers. Take a moment to review the questions below, and get in touch if you still can’t find what you’re looking for.

Do I get to select the flowers or colors in my arrangements?
Surprises aren't just for birthdays! Each delivery you'll be WOWed with the beautiful, seasonal arrangement that arrives just for you! We focus on designing modern bouquets that reflect the time of year and seasonal availability.

Can I change or cancel a delivery?
We know that life happens and hopefully you'll take a vacation from time to time. When that happens, we would be happy to deliver your regularly scheduled blooms to a friend or family member within our delivery area while you are away. Just reach out to us at info@hazelivybotanical.com to make arrangements. We kindly ask for at least 2 days notice before your delivery to reroute.

Can I switch between a Love BUDS or Classic Blooms subscription?
You bet! Just let us know within 5 business days and we'd be happy to move you between our subscription plans.

I don't need any more vessels - What can I do with the ones I have?
You can repurpose your old vessels around your house or recycle your glass containers. You can also leave them outside on your delivery day and we will be happy to reuse or recycle them for you.

Tell me more about deliveries and how I can make a change, if needed?
Our delivery area include South Tampa and Downtown Tampa, including Davis Islands and Harbour Island.
We deliver to you on the first and third Friday morning of every month, typically between 7 AM - 10 AM. If you aren't home, we'll be careful to leave your delivery on your front porch in a shaded or protected area if one is available to us. If you will be out of town on that delivery date, we would be happy to deliver your order to a friend or family member within our delivery area by letting us know as soon as possible.

How long will my flowers last?
The morbid truth about cut flowers is that they are already dead. While we use the freshest, seasonal flowers and use special floral coolers to maintain sustainable preservation, they will inevitably wilt. To slow that process and get the most out of your arrangements, read our floral care page for tips to keep your blooms looking fresh for a week or sometimes even longer!

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
We would be sad to see you go, but know that sometime great things come to an end. To cancel your subscription, we kindly ask for 5 days notice by contacting info@hazeliveybotanicals.com. Once we receive your message, we will confirm receipt within 24 hours.
